All Standard Functions
such as folder & document management,
security, and searching are included with every TokOpen
system. You also decide which additional functions you require by selecting the number of View Only users and Advanced Users. View Only users can only search and retrieve documents. Advanced Users can perform all the other functions (i.e. annotations, check out etc.) allowed by the system administrator. There
are also no penalties when you decide to upgrade, your
price reflects the functionality and number of users selected.
You also retain the flexibility to upgrade when you want
without any financial or installation penalties.
