Education Market, integrating with the leading student
and timetabling systems. Over 70 colleges have already

TokAM provides colleges with the flexibility
to use a range of register types most suited to different
areas of the college. Web Registers, Classroom Workstation
Registers, Paper Registers are all supported by TokAM.
Complex issues including non-attendance,
truancy, non-enrolled student attendance, to name a few
are efficiently and quickly addressed irrespective of
the types of registers being used.
Attendance mark capture is both efficient
and rapid. Instant attendance reporting is delivered using Web and
Classroom Registers that cleverly minimise staff time
collecting attendance marks while maintaining the accuracy
of data collected.
Attendance reporting is equally flexible
allowing colleges to use TokAM’s wide range of reports,
build their own or use TokAM’s Web Reporting Module.
The administration and reporting associated
with UK Government initiatives are also efficiently and
quickly supported with equal flexibility. TokAM provides
colleges with the facilities to automatically upload attendance
data to the Government Connexions Server. TokAM will also
support the Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA) providing
automatic attendance uploads.
Colleges also benefit from Tokairo’s
document management expertise using TokAM’s Document
Management Integration Module that takes full advantage
of TokOpen. Complex college document capture and workflow
demands are addressed along with the ever-present demands
from the freedom of information and data protection legislation.
Immediate access to college and student documents and
folders is supported from either within TokAM, college
systems or TokOpen
