twelve months from all their sites, including Threshers (part of First Quench group), and has renewed their commitment to the TokOpen
system. DHL process over 1.5 million documents per annum from all sites with Tokairo software, and
anticipate a throughput of over 3 million documents in the next twelve months.

DHL Exel Supply Chain. For the third year running, DHL has selected Tokairo for the analysis and capture of information resulting from the Consumer Food and Retail Employee Survey. ‘Tell Us How It Is’ 2007 will be issued to 15,000 employees and the returned forms will be scanned and analysed by Tokairo’s bureau before being presented to DHL for consideration and implementation.

DHL Exel Supply Chain. DHL’s Industrial division has extended its use of TokOpen for PoD capture and retrieval by implementing two new contracts – Aylesford Newsprint and British Gypsum. Through the addition of these two sites, DHL will be capturing an additional 300,000 documents per year, which will be delivered to internal users via the TokOpen Web solution.

The initial project will be to complete a back-scan of 270,000 documents, after which time the solution will provide a means for delivering ongoing records management and will be integrated to Oracle HRMS.

The system scans customers’ invoices, workflows them and links them back to the original customers’ Purchase Order so the customers invoices can be offset against the amount that was initially invoiced to those customers by Dairy Crest.

Tokairo Ltd are moving to their new Corporate Head Office premises on 13th April 2006. The move is prompted by Tokairo’s continued UK, European and US business growth, and rapid expansion of its professional staff, particularly in the areas of sales, product development, support and training personnel. The company is expanding its UK Head Office to accommodate additional staff, and development and training facilities. This will include a dedicated training centre.
